Foley Library

Welcome to Foley Center Library!

We are committed to providing excellent library service to all Gonzaga students, whether they are on campus, online or part of a cohort in Canada. If you are a Gonzaga University student, we are YOUR library!  Read the FAQ to find out more.

CTED 1002 - Library Research Primer

Four sections of CTED 1002 - Library Research Primer are offered during each 8-week session. This non-credit course provides an in-depth introduction to Foley Library and its resources, including database searching and how to use RefWorks.

Students who complete the course make comments like this all the time:
"I would really recommend to new students to do whatever it takes to complete this course before your classes start.  If you are a student returning to school after a long break in your education, it's even more important to get this done . . . . I admit I was a little skeptical about how helpful this primer would be, but it is really invaluable."  - K.B., Spring 2013

You'll find CTED 1002 - Library Research Primer listed under Continuing Education in Gonzaga University's course catalog.
