The Instructional Design & Delivery office provides consultation and support for faculty members delivering courses online or in a hybrid format. The staff members of the department provide a full range of services beginning with initial course design consultation and culminating with the launch of new courses. Instructional Technologists serve as innovation consultants who guide faculty in optimizing their course content to take advantage of the latest tools for teaching and learning by matching course goals with best practices in delivery and innovative pedagogical approaches grounded in the Jesuit tradition and the Ignatian model for instruction.

Gonzaga University's Writing Center strives to assist Gonzaga University students in developing their skills as writers who communicate across and beyond the curriculum. The Writing Center's tutoring philosophy entails treating every student with respect and approaching each tutoring session as an opportunity for critical, rhetorically sensitive dialogue. This dialogue usually addresses students' writing processes as well as their actual writing projects.
