Spokane Art Galleries and Museums

Northwest Museum Arts and Culture
Founded in 1916, the Northwest Museum of Arts and Culture is the largest cultural organization in the Inland Northwest, serving more than 100,000 visitors a year. We are one of Washington State’s five Smithsonian affiliates and are accredited by the Alliance of American Museums. The museum resides in the historic Browne’s Addition neighborhood of Spokane, Washington.
Chase Gallery
Chase Gallery hosts monthly exhibits (which are open to the public) on weekdays. This gallery is located in the City Hall Building on the lower level.
Jundt Art Museum
The beautifully-situated Jundt Art Museum houses the University's growing permanent collection of almost 5,000 objects, and presents special, temporary art exhibitions. During the year, the Museum exhibits works by local, regional, national, and international figures in many different media.
Art Spirit Gallery
Established in 1997, The Art Spirit Gallery features high-quality, original work by regional artists embracing a diversity of mediums and styles. The gallery seeks to exhibit artists with a unique voice that show a dedication to craft, materials, observation and creativity.
EWU Art Gallery
Eastern's Department of Art houses a unique central gallery space. The Department offers an excellent exhibition program geared towards giving students first-hand knowledge of the work, ideas and methods of successful visual artists working today. Exhibitions occur quarterly, with end-of-the year Symposium and BFA exhibitions of student work. Exhibitions are often coupled with artist talks and/or critique sessions with students.
Bryan Oliver Gallery at Whitworth University
The Bryan Oliver Gallery is open 10 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday-Friday; 10 a.m.-2 p.m., Saturdays, and by appointment. Closed on official university holidays and between exhibits.
SFCC Fine Art Gallery
The SFCC Fine Arts Gallery, is an educational gallery which features work by regional, national and international artists, working in a variety of media, these include drawing, painting, printmaking, ceramics, sculpture, Installation, video and performance.
Trackside Studio Ceramic Art Gallery
Founded in 2006, and located in downtown Spokane, Washington, Trackside Studio Ceramic Art Gallery, is both a working ceramic studio and an elegant sales gallery featuring monthly ceramic exhibits. The studio portion of Trackside is home to Spokane clay artists, Chris Kelsey and Mark Moore. 115 South Adams Street, Spokane, WA. 99201

First Friday is designed to showcase the downtown art and retail scene. Downtown retailers and restaurants feature artists, musicians, specialty food and beverage as a special promotion on the first Friday of each month.

Saranac Projects
Saranac Art Projects is a non-profit artist cooperative designed to support and educate artists and their communities while inspiring a vibrant contemporary art culture.
