The Learning Studio (Academic Coaching and Tutoring): will be open from Sunday, September 10th to Thursday, December 7th from 12-8pm. The studio is closed Friday, Saturday, and all Campus Holidays. Note that it is better to schedule an appointment ahead of time.
Foley Library has a number of different departments, which we will discuss below. However, we are home to more than just library offices. We have a number of campus partners that are also housed inside of the building.
Another thing to note about our building partners is that when full-time staff are not present in the building, the student employees from those departments are authorized to check out keys. Students must be on the list in order to be authorized to check out departmental keys. Students are only allowed in the building during regular library building hours.

The Center for Student Academic Success (main floor west, known as CSAS) is the umbrella department for many different units in the building, including the Learning Studio, the Academic Testing Center, Academic Advising and Assistance, and Disability Access. Academic Advising and Assistance (a division of CSAS, main floor west) is where students need to go to change their classes. A very common question you will get at the desk is “Where is AAA?” or “Where is room 122?” or “Where can I talk to an advisor about changing my classes?” All of the answers will be the same - “follow the round wall around the corner and look for the yellow awning on your right.” Read more about their department here: https://www.gonzaga.edu/academics/academic-resources/center-for-student-academic-success/academic-advising-assistance
Learning Strategies Management (a division of CSAS, 2nd floor east) hosts many different kinds of tutoring sessions. This department manages the Learning Studio (glass room on the main floor, near the stairwell to the lower level). Appointments must be made online through their portal. The Academic Testing Center (a division of CSAS, 2nd floor east) proctors exams for students who need special accommodations. The testing center is NOT for students to schedule make-up exams. The Center for Climate, Society & the Environment is housed on the 3rd Floor, East Wing. You can direct people by telling them to go to the third floor and walk all the way down the long hallway, and the Climate Center is at the end of the hallway.
