Timesheets & Payroll Information

How to access your timesheet, sick hours, pay stubs and more

Your timesheet can be accessed through Zagweb under the “Employee Resources” tab under “Employee Dashboard.”

From your Employee Dashboard, you can also access many things associated with your position here at Foley, including your sick leave balance, pay stubs, and more.

Logging Hours

Every time you start at shift at Foley, you should log your hours for the day under “Enter Time.” This is a job expectation, as this is how you clock in for your shifts, so don’t forget to log your hours every day. Time worked must be recorded daily. For days you do not work. Do not log 0 in the days you do not work.  Please refer to the Student Employee Expectations for more information on how failing to log your hours might affect your position here at Foley.

How to start to your timesheet and log your hours

To log your hours, click on “Enter Time,” then select the correct pay period (i.e., September 1-15, 2023) and Select “Start Timesheet.”

Select the date that you are working, then choose “Add Earn Code” and select “Regular Pay” (if you were logging sick hours, you would select “Employee Sick Leave – Paid”).

Once you have entered hours, make sure you click the "save" button in the bottom right corner of the window (it may take a few seconds for the button to appear.)

You must only log hours on the quarter hour (for example, if you work 15 minutes past the end of your shift, enter 4.25 instead of 4). Please do not log zeroes for the hours that you do not work, as your supervisors will receive a stern email from Payroll if you do that.

When you need to submit your timesheet, double check to make sure your timesheet is correct and up to date with all of your hours, then select “Preview.” This will bring up a summary of all your hours. Double check that your hours are correct, and “Submit.”

Timesheet Due Dates

Timesheets are due on the 15th and last day of each month, and must be submitted at the beginning of the last shift worked of the pay period.

When do I get paid?

Pay dates are on the 10th and 25th of each month, or the Friday before if that date falls on a weekend.

Additional Information

Another important thing to note regarding timesheets is that starting your timesheet and keeping your hours up to date means that if for some reason you forget to submit your timesheet when it is due, your supervisor can submit it for you. We cannot access your timesheet to complete that step if you have not started it.

If for some reason you forget to submit your timesheet at the end of the pay period (and your supervisor is not able to submit it for you), you will need to fill out a manual later paper timesheet. Manual timesheets are processed separately from the Zagweb timesheets, which results in a delayed paycheck for you. It also means that Payroll sends your supervisors stern emails about you missing the deadline. Please help us to avoid that situation and stay on top of your timesheet deadlines.
