Welcome! We are so glad to have you on board. You are one of the library's Late-Night Lead Grad student employees who help keep the library running during the late-night hours each semester. We usually have between 3 and 5 lead grads. Typically, you will be working with a mix of late-night undergraduate students and other Lead Grads. We aim to staff 1-2 lead grads per evening to help with built-in backup (in case of illness), and also to help with peer support during the late-night hours.
On the schedule in WhenToWork, Lead Grad shifts will be marked in purple and with a "Lead Grad" label. During late-night hours, undergraduate shifts will be marked in navy blue with a "Late Night Circulation" label.
During your shifts, we expect that you will most likely sit at either the "Research Help" station at the Circulation Desk, or at the Information Desk station facing the front doors.
