Filipino-American Association of the Inland Empire: On June 12, 1987, the Filipino American Association of the Inland Empire was registered, certified, and incorporated as a non-profit organization by the Secretary of State in Washington State. There were approximately 40 to 50 Filipino members in the first few years. FAAIE's mission is to preserve and promote Filipino culture and heritage in the Spokane community.
Filipino American Northwest Association: Founded in 2018 by Jacqueline Babo, the Filipino American Northwest Association is a non-profit serving Spokane, Coeur d'Alene, and surrounding areas. FANA's mission is to unite Filipino Americans in the Inland Northwest by celebrating their culture, fostering community, and promoting diversity.
