Just because the full-text isn't available in PubMed doesn't mean you can't get access to the article! If you find literature the you don't have access to through the Foley Library (such as an article or a book), you can request materials via Interlibrary Loan. This is a free service to GU students and faculty -- just make sure you plan ahead; it can take a few day for journals and up to a few weeks to receive a book, so don't wait until the last minute to place a request!
