Spokane Public LIbrary Partner Account

Gonzaga-Spokane Public Library Account Access

We're excited to announce that we've been working with the Spokane Public Library (SPL) to set up a new account creation process using your Gonzaga Single Sign-On (SSO) credentials. This makes getting an SPL account faster and easier for our community!

Please follow the steps below to activate your account.

How to Set Up Your New SPL Account

  1. Go to the SPL Account Setup Link and complete the registration form. (You may be routed through Gonzaga SSO if you are not already logged into a campus system.)
  2. Your Gonzaga email should automatically populate in the form.
  3. You can use either your Gonzaga address or your home address.
  4. Set up a PIN and be sure to retain that number to use online library resources.
  5. You will be automatically logged into the SPL catalog after submitting the form.
  6. To find your library card number, click on the Profile link in the catalog. You will use this number and your PIN to access resources like Libby, Overdrive, and many other SPL online offerings.

Note: This SPL account can be used to check out physical books at Spokane City Public Library locations. It does not apply to Spokane County Library locations.

Important: If you already have an SPL account, this new SSO account will be a new, separate account not connected to your previous one.
