Update to Foley Library EzProxy 2020

EzProxy Changes! Please check your links for library databases and articles.
Outdated links will cease to work on December 31, 2020

EzProxy is the system that allows off-campus access to full text library databases.  Links to library resources may need to be updated.

When you are updating or preparing your courses for fall, please be sure to double-check links to library resources, in Blackboard, syllabi, etc., as Foley Library has upgraded to a new EzProxy service.
There are multiple ways to link to library resources, if you use Electronic Course Reserves and Reading Lists, or permalinks to items in the Primo library catalog, those systems will automatically connect to the new Proxy server.

Only the prefix in URLs needs to be updated; any link that contains will need updated with the new prefix of

For example if you have links that look like this:

This URL would need to be edited to contain a new prefix, so the new URL would look like this:

If you have questions or would like assistance updating links or would like to create a dynamic E-Course Reserve Reading List for your Blackboard course please contact the library

Links using the old prefix will continue to function through December of 2020, however users may encounter error messages using the old links, so we are encouraging faculty to update to the new prefix as soon as possible.
