Presented by COL Dorothea M. Burke, a GU Class of 1982.  She was appointed Brigade Commander at MacDill AFB, FL and was the first female Battalion Commander in SIOP and now the first female Brigade Commander in SIOP. While at GU, she received a 2 year ROTC scholarship and was the Battalion Commander.
